By subscribing or buying credits you agree to our Terms of Service, including the refund policy: full refund within 7 days for first-time subscribers who have used no more than 20% of the plan’s credits, and for unused credit packs. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout.

What happens if I exceed my monthly cap?
Generation pauses for the rest of the period. You can upgrade for an instant top-up.
Can I get a refund?
First-time subscribers get a full refund within 7 days if they have used no more than 20% of the plan’s credits. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, and duplicate charges are always refunded. Email support@melunox.com — the full policy is in our Terms.
Does my plan renew automatically?
