Can I use this to remove vocals from a song?

How accurate is the stem separation?
Very high on most commercial recordings. Songs with heavy reverb or unusual mixing may have some bleed between stems.
Can I use the stems commercially?
Stems from your own original music are freely usable. Stems separated from copyrighted third-party songs may carry their original copyright restrictions.
Is this the same as a vocal remover?
